The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders. |

Valentine Delivery |

Due to the high demand of Valentine's Day delivery. We cannot guarantee any specific timed delivery requests. All orders will be delivered by 5pm to businesses and by 8pm to residences.
Delivery verifications are not available until one day following the date of delivery. |

Floral Deliveries to the U.S. and Canada |

* Note all transactions are in US currency. In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays without verbal confirmation. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays. |

Sunday Delivery |

Due to limited availability of florists open Sunday, we cannot guarantee delivery on Sunday. However, Monday will need to be an option for delivery if Sunday is not available. |

Floral Order Delivery Times |
  |
Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 7 PM). However, since we do not know each florist's delivery schedule for a particular day, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery. |

When the Recipient Is Not Home |
  |
The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf. The florist may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery and be subject to a 10.00 surcharge for re-delivery. |

International Floral Deliveries |

Due to the various time zones between the U.S. and other continents, same day delivery is not available. We can only guarantee delivery dates for orders received three business days in advance. You must call us to place an international delivery order you cannot do so online. |

Incorrect Address |

Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a $10.00 charge |

Cancellation Policy |
  |
While we process your request the moment we receive it, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete. Our network ranges through out the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery of your request and various time zones, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. Cancellations must be done with-in 2 hours of placing your order. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of a mininium $10.00 per order for any order cancelled after this period of time. |

Substitution Policy |

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. |

Hand Delivery |
  |
Hand Delivery is the actual handling and delivery of your floral arrangement by a local florist who will personally deliver your gift to the recipient's door.
Today, many companies try to compete for low price and end up sending flowers in a box overnight only to have them left at the door for the recipient to open and assemble.

Guarantee |

The recipient may be called to schedule delivery. We do not accept requests for delivery at specific times of day. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 9pm. For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. Basic delivery fees will be applied and charged for redelivery. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 5pm. Our goal is to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours. |

Permission Statement |

You understand that when placing an order on this website you are authorizing Ross Plants and Flowers to automatically charge your credit card, debit card, or bank account on file for the products or services you have requested in conjunction with the scheduled events you have entered into our database. You further understand that you may cancel these events at any time*, and these events, charges and/or transactions will persist until you cancel or delete them and that canceling or deleting one or more transaction(s), recipient(s) or event(s) may or may not have an effect on other remaining transactions, recipients, and/or events. On occasion additional requests may be requested or (typed in under special instructions) indicated which may require additional fees to expedite. You authorize Ross Plants and Flowers to obtain these funds as necessary from the above named sources to complete the scheduled recurring events and transactions as you have instructed until you make such changes that would delete or suspend those events or transactions. |
